        赵剑平，号华阳居士、凌云散人，中国通俗文艺研究会常务理事、南京名人艺术研究院副院长、南京中山书画院名誉院长、江苏省书法家协会会员。出身书香门第，幼承庭训，学唐楷而入晋帖，尤重“二王”法帖的临习，在《圣教序》《十七帖》上狠下功夫，兼涉唐虞、褚宋苏、米，元赵、鲜，明文、唐诸家及近代沈尹默、白蕉、启功、赵朴初等＂二王＂一脉名家书法，广收博取，融汇贯通。其书法于正大气象之中时见中和平正、萧疏散淡，透出一股浓厚的书卷气和典雅秀逸的审美追求。他的手卷、册页书法，潇洒飘逸神采飞扬，深得＂二王＂神韵。花甲之年，由苏州古吴轩岀版发行《赵剑平书法艺术》集，深受广大书法受众喜爱；并于2017年10月，在南京美术馆举办个人书法展，广受杜会各界好评！江苏电视台、南京电视台、《南京日报》先后对其作过专访；凤凰网、新华网、中国网等近百家网站对其进行报道；作品被圣马力诺总统、乌拉圭驻华大使费尓南多卢格里斯、 比利时驻华大使马克文等七国大使以及国内众多知名人士及企业家收藏。

        赵剑平习书五十余年，坚守传统，不受当下书坛时风影响。淡泊名利，从不参加各类书法比赛，以努力写好中国字，传承传统书法为毕生追求。名虽不彰，但其作为一位颇具实力的书法家却是无疑的！
