杨兴雅：1946年生于辽宁丹东市，旅日中国艺术家，国礼画家，国家一级美术师。杨兴雅先生是中国油画新传承主义的创导者，他先后四次在日本东京等地举办个展，油画作品被日本皇后收藏。

2000年—2001年《东京美术展》（日本）;《京都美术展》（日本）；《吉川美术展》（日本）；2001年作品《雨后》、《幽径》入选“中德友好协会美术展”（德国siegen）；2006年参加于法国《创意之城》全球壁画中国内容的创作（法国）；2006年作品《激情》、《兰宝石》、《桃花梦》等入选“香港国际绘画展”并被全部收藏（香港）。

杨兴雅的画作笔法洒脱，意境高远，具有独特的品格和魅力。

他利用了西方油画材料、运用了中国国画的绘画方式，经过多年的探索及反复实践，确立了独树一帜、中西合璧的中国式油画绘画理念。

杨兴雅是一位具有国际视野的艺术家，他与法国、德国、日本等艺术机构都曾有合作，他的作品被国内外很多收藏家收藏，并视为珍品。
